| Every student will have a classroom job. I will explain the responsibilities of each job on the first day of school and then give students a chance to sign up for the jobs they prefer. Students will keep their classroom jobs for nine weeks. Jobs with an * will have two helpers. _________________________________________________________________________ This is a list of our classroom jobs: Line Leader Line Ender: turns off classroom lights Attendance Monitor: takes attendance each morning and manages attendance cars Courier: runs errands for teacher Card Manager: turns all behavior cards back to blue at end of each day Banker: distributes crew bucks at end of day Custodian: places waste cans in hall at lunch and end of day Paper Filer Pencil Manager: sharpens pencils Technician: turns student computers on in the a.m. and off in the p.m. Librarian: straightens books in classroom library Sweeper Substitute: fills in for anyone who is absent Pledge Leader Cuddles: taking care of our pet hamster Agenda Monitors: check agendas for parent signatures each morning Book Nooks: rotates name on Book Nook list |
